Stephen Dent has enjoyed success throughout his academicx and working life, starting with graduation from Harvard right through to the formation of Dent Inc in 1986. His career has been spent largely within the mergers and acquisitions teams of companies like Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and has included stints working with companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Rosenkranz & Company. Rosenkranz & Company, like Dent Inc, is a private investment firm; an organization that invests its own money into numerous investment opportunities.

Stephen Dent graduated from Harvard with a BA and an MBA and is also a licensed CPA. Using his newly found qualifications and an eagerness to succeed in business, Stephen joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as soon as he graduated. Following three years in that role, he left to work in the mergers and acquisitions team for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. After he left this role, Stephen went on to work for the private investment firm Rosenkranz & Company which gave him an excellent ground to establish Dent Inc, which he did in 1986. Stephen remains the president of Dent Inc, a role which sees him taking charge of all the investment activities within the firm.

When he’s not working and feeding his passion for investment and finance with Greenwich, CT based Dent Inc, Stephen Dent fulfils his passion for marine life; a passion he first discovered while on a family holiday to Hawaii as a small boy.
